John Ferrer is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Owner of John Ferrer Realty.  John began his real estate career in 1974 and for the next 10 years held several corporate positions such as Account Representative, Marketing Director and National Sales Manager.  John worked on over 20 Cooperative and Condominium conversion projects.  He also developed and implemented the national sales and marketing plan for a major financial institution in the disposition of "REO" properties.  John had recognized the unlimied opportunities within his local real estate market.  He had developed a keen eye for real market trends, the skill to accurately value property and developed successful sales teams.  John established John Ferrer Real Estate in 1984 after receiving a Professional Diploma from New York University in Real Estate Investment & Market Analysis.
